Wallet & Transactions

Your wallet holds your balances across multiple currencies. This guide covers viewing balances, understanding locked funds, deposits, and withdrawals.

Viewing Your Wallet

  1. Go to Dashboard > Wallet.
  2. You see balance cards for each currency:

USD Balance Card

  • Available — Funds you can use right now
  • Locked — Funds held in escrow for active trades
  • Total — Available + Locked

USDT Balance Card

  • Available — USDT you can use right now
  • Locked — USDT held in escrow for active trades
  • Total — Available + Locked

Understanding Locked Amounts

When you have active trades, some of your funds are locked in escrow:

  • For sellers: When you accept a trade, the crypto amount is locked until the trade completes or is cancelled.
  • Locked funds cannot be withdrawn or used for other trades.
  • Funds are released when:
  • The trade completes successfully.
  • The trade is cancelled (funds return to your available balance).
  • A dispute is resolved in your favor.

Term

Meaning

Total Balance

All funds you own in a given currency

Locked Balance

Funds reserved for active trades (in escrow)

Available Balance

Total minus Locked — what you can actually use

Example: If you have 500 USDT total and 200 USDT is locked in active trades, your available balance is 300 USDT.

The wallet page has three tabs: Deposit, Withdraw, and Transactions.
