Settings & Profile
This guide covers all settings tabs, your profile configuration, and account management.
The Settings page is organized into 9 tabs. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings and click any tab at the top, or go directly using a URL like /dashboard/settings?tab=general.
General Tab
The General tab manages your personal profile information.
Field | Description | Notes |

Username | Your unique @handle (e.g., @johndoe) | Set once — permanently immutable after saving. Min 3 characters, alphanumeric plus |

Advertiser Username | Your @handle displayed on marketplace offers | Used when you create trade offers |
Business Name | Your business or organization name | Set once — locked after saving. |
Country | Your country of residence | Free text input |
Phone | Your phone number | Used for contact purposes |
Bio | A short description about yourself | Textarea with a 500-character limit (counter shown) |
Click Save to apply changes.
Important: Username and Business Name can only be set once. Choose carefully — they cannot be changed after you save them.
Tenant Tab
The Tenant tab manages settings for your current team/organization.
Setting | Description |

Default Currency | Your preferred fiat currency (USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD) |
Timezone | Your local timezone for displaying dates and times |
Trading Enabled | Toggle to enable or disable trading for this tenant |
Click Save to apply changes.
Security Tab
The Security tab lets you change your password.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password.
- Enter Confirm New Password (must match).
- Click Change Password.
Session Duration
When logging in, you can choose how long your session lasts:
Option | Duration |
|---|---|
1 day | Session expires after 24 hours |
7 days | Session expires after 1 week (default) |
30 days | Session expires after 1 month |
90 days | Session expires after 3 months |
Best Practices
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other sites.
- Choose a shorter session duration on shared or public devices.
- Log out when you are done on a shared computer.
Language Tab
The platform is available in 4 languages:

To change your language:
- Select your preferred language.
- Click Save.
- The page reloads and the entire interface updates to your chosen language.
Tip: The language setting also affects the trade chat translation feature. Received messages are translated into your selected language.
Notifications Tab
Control which notifications you receive with 7 toggle switches:
Notification | When It Triggers |

New Trade | Someone places a trade on your offer |
Trade Accepted | The seller accepts your trade |
Payment Marked | The buyer marked payment as sent |
Trade Completed | A trade completes successfully |
Trade Cancelled | A trade is cancelled |
Trade Disputed | A dispute is opened on a trade |
New Message | You receive a new message in a trade chat |
Toggle each notification on or off according to your preferences. Changes are saved automatically.
Privacy Tab
The Privacy tab shows your Blocked Users list.
Viewing Blocked Users
Each blocked user entry shows:
- Name — The blocked user's display name
- Email — Their email address
- Blocked On — Date and time you blocked them
- Reason — The reason you provided when blocking
Unblocking a User
- Find the user in the blocked list.
- Click Unblock.
- The user regains the ability to see your offers and trade with you.
Tip: You can block/unblock users from the trade detail page as well. See the Trade Chat guide.
Verification Tab
The Verification tab embeds the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification flow directly in settings. This is the same as visiting Dashboard > KYC.

Team Tab
The Team tab embeds the Team Management interface directly in settings. This is the same as visiting Dashboard > Team.

Integrations Tab
The Integrations tab lets you connect email service providers for sending notifications and communications.
Supported Integrations

Managing Integrations
- Click Add Integration to connect a new service.
- Enter the required credentials for the service (API key, domain, etc.).
- Click Save to add the integration.
For each connected integration, you can:
- Test — Send a test message to verify the connection works
- Enable / Disable — Toggle the integration on or off
- Edit — Update the configuration or credentials
- Delete — Remove the integration permanently
- Set as Primary — Mark one integration as the primary email sender
Viewing Your Public Profile
Other users can see your public profile when they interact with your offers or trades. Your profile shows:
- Display name
- Trading statistics — Number of completed trades, success rate
- Reputation — Based on your trade history
- Response time — How quickly you typically respond
- Account age — When you joined the platform
To view your own profile as others see it:
- Click your name or avatar in the dashboard.
- Or navigate directly to
/profile/[your-id].
