KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms your identity on the platform. Completing verification unlocks full trading access and builds trust with other traders.

What You Need

Checking Your KYC Status
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Verification tab (or Dashboard > KYC).
Your status is displayed prominently at the top:

Step-by-Step Verification
Starting Verification
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Verification tab.
- Review the "Why Verify?" and "What You'll Need" information cards.
- Click Get Verified.
- A verification session is created and a new browser tab opens with the verification provider's page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions from the verification provider:
- Upload your government-issued ID
- Take a selfie photo
- Confirm your details
- Once you submit, close the verification tab and return to the platform.
- Your status changes to Pending.
While Pending
- Your submission is under review (estimated 1–2 business days).
- If the verification URL is still available, you can click Continue Verification to return to the provider's page.
- You do not need to stay on the platform — you will be notified when the review is complete.
After Verification
- If approved: Your status changes to Verified. A green confirmation message shows the verification date and confirms full trading access.
- If rejected: Your status changes to Rejected. The rejection reason is displayed along with the date. Click Try Again to start a new verification attempt.
KYC Status Banner
Until you complete verification, a banner appears at the top of all dashboard pages reminding you to verify your identity. This banner disappears once you are verified.

Q: Is verification required to use the platform?
A: You can browse the marketplace without verification, but KYC may be required for full trading access and higher limits.
Q: How long does verification take?
A: The submission process takes 5–10 minutes. Review typically takes 1–2 business days.
Q: What if my verification is rejected?
A: Review the rejection reason, correct the issue (clearer photo, matching ID, etc.), and click "Try Again" to resubmit.
Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Verification is handled by a trusted third-party provider. Your documents are processed securely and are not stored on the platform.
Q: Can I change my name after verification?
A: No. Once verified, your Full Name field in Settings is locked and cannot be edited. This ensures your displayed name matches your verified identity.
