Once you've sent the Mon Cash Payment to the above number, you need to follow this process


Navigate to your student, organization or instructor profile to submit an offline payment
Click on Financial > Charge Account tab on the left side panel
Select Pay with Offline Payment
Finalizing the payment by entering the Amount, Account, Referral Code and Date/Time
Then click on the Pay button

You can put PGECOM as the Referral Code

After you submit your offline payment. You'll be able to view all your offline transaction below




An admin or staff member will need to approve your offline transaction submission in order for that amount to appear in your balance

Once your submission is approved, you'll be able to view it like this
