🎁 How to Redeem Your Card Credit to Create a New Card (Sudo Visa / MasterCard)

If you have a Visa Business Card, you can redeem your card credit and use it to create a new Sudo Visa or Sudo MasterCard.

Please follow the steps below carefully.

📌 Step 1: Go to Virtual Card

1️⃣ Go to the left-side menu

2️⃣ Click on Virtual Card

📌 Step 2: Select the Visa Business Card

3️⃣ Click on your Visa Business Card

4️⃣ On the card details page, you will see the button "Redeem Card Credit"

5️⃣ Click the button to redeem your credit

📌 Step 3: Create Your New Card

6️⃣ After redeeming the credit, go back to the menu

7️⃣ Click on Virtual Card again

8️⃣ Click to Create a New Card

9️⃣ Select either Sudo Visa or Sudo MasterCard

🔟 Use your redeemed card credit to create the new card

⚠️ Important Information

❗ Once you redeem the card credit, you will no longer have access to the Visa Business Card.

The Visa Business Card cannot be used again after the credit is redeemed.

💰 If You Had Funds on the Visa Business Card

If there were remaining funds on your Visa Business Card before redeeming:

📩 Please contact customer support.

We can assist you in processing those funds.

💡 Before You Redeem

Before clicking "Redeem Card Credit," make sure:

✅ You are ready to create your new card
