To ensure the security of our platform and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, we apply transaction limits to some accounts.
These limits help us monitor activity, prevent fraud, and maintain a safe environment for all users.
Types of Transaction Limits
Your account may have one or more of the following limits:
- Daily Limit – Maximum amount you can transact within a 24-hour period.
- Weekly Limit – Maximum amount you can transact within 7 days.
- Monthly Limit – Maximum amount you can transact within a calendar month.
- Yearly Limit – Maximum amount you can transact within a year.
Each limit resets automatically based on its timeframe. For example:
- Daily limits reset every 24 hours
- Weekly limits reset every 7 days
- Monthly limits reset every month
- Yearly limits reset every year
Why These Limits Exist
Transaction limits are applied to:
- Help prevent fraud and suspicious activity
- Maintain AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance
- Protect both users and the platform
- Allow us to monitor new accounts and transaction patterns
As users continue to use the platform normally, these limits may increase automatically over time.
Example: $50 Daily Transaction Limit
Some accounts may temporarily have a $50 USD daily transaction limit as part of our monitoring process.
How to Remove This Limit
You can remove this limit by completing a deposit of at least $500 USD using one of the following methods:
- Binance
- USDT (Tether)
Once the deposit is completed:
✅ The system will automatically remove the $50 daily transaction limit from your account.
If the limit is not removed automatically, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
Additional Notes
- New users may not always have this limit.
- Limits may change or increase as we continue monitoring the system.
- Accounts that actively use the platform and make deposits will often see higher transaction limits over time.
