Here's how to pass KYC on the system

To verify your identity
You need to go to the section labeled Verify your identity

Here are some combinations that you can try to pass the KYC

• Turn off the flash or light on your phone's camera
• Take a picture of the piece and take a picture of your face
• Use your Passport, License, or ID card (If you're in Haiti, use the new card)
• Take a photo of your face or selfie in good lighting
• Your device must have a camera
• Verify that your browser is updated

NB: If you are on a Motorola phone, we advise you to use another device to pass the KYC
