Here are some things you can do if you ever have a technical problem on the system
1- I see a blank page when I go to the system, what is it?
- Most often it is because your phone or browser is not updated. Verify that the browser is updated to be able to use the service.
2- I tried to verify my identity, but it doesn't work, what should I do?
- Turn off the flash light on your phone
- Verify that there is lightning where you are
- If you are on a Motoral phone, we advise you to use another device
- Take all the photos of the piece you are using
3- User does not exist?

4- I forgot my password?
